Mr Paul T Bliss

Provider; Managing Director and Owner

Paul qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1969 and became a Fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants in 1974. Operating independently Paul soon created a thriving care business.

Business Director

With a finance background and a knowledge of the Nursing Industry built up over 20 years of involvement in the business, Oli manages a small administration team that supports the care homes daily accounts.
