Oli Bliss

I am the Managing Director for the Group and one of 4 sons in the family business; I am based in the head office in Weston-s-Mare. I have a finance background but my knowledge of the Nursing Industry has been built up over 20 years of involvement in this business.

Responsible for all operational matters and financial transactions across the services I manage a small administration team that supports the care homes daily accounts, purchasing and payroll requirements. I actively manage our business services, contracts and support the operational team with commissioning relationships.

I have a very methodical, structured and organised approach to any project that I work on, my main focus is always the financial stability of the business. Due to these fundamental skills I am able to assess the way projects and businesses are operating and from that assessment; put into place new ideas and streamline existing operations to strengthen and future proof business development.

I have always been very interested in the development of property portfolios in my personal and business life and a long term keen supporter of the Seagulls’ Weston Super Mare's football team.
