I believe our established family based business with its ethos of values of professionalism, honesty, reliability, safety and delivering care in a loving manner to our resident is embedded in our care services.
This approach and our investment in our people has maintained our expertise and quality provider status through years of dedicated service.
The Optima Care Partnership operates a values based recruitment approach ensuring good character, equal opportunity and diversity, qualifications, competency, skill base, experience and flexibility necessary for the roll one is to undertake. We support and develop our staff with individualised training, development , supervision and validation.
Where conduct falls short we take corrective action. We promote from within the service and outstanding performance is rewarded.
Our staffing levels and skill mix within our service are adapted to respond to changing needs and circumstances of people using the service reducing risk to staff, residents and others using or working with our services.
We work with staff to mitigate any risks relating to health, safety and welfare of people working in or using our services. As a provider we continually evaluate and seek to improve on our governance and practice.
The Optima Care Partnership works towards meeting all of its regulators requirements as detailed under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
We satisfy every need of our industry regulators providing, safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care services.
Our staff are well supported and appreciated by a family-owned business
I joined the company in 2016 and have established my self as an important member of the team. I not only cook resident and staff meals but contribute to advising on the nutritional aspects of their food and even on the constituencies of the meal. I love to present things in the right way and enjoy teaching my staff team the refinements of service; which is why I get a lot out of my job.
Head Chef
I came over from Poland to work as a Care Assistant on Nights at the Nursing Home. I was made to feel very welcome, helped with travel and accommodation arrangements and someone even took me to the Bank to help me set up an account. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I have now been offered the opportunity to undertake some formal training. I like working with my residents and go home happy.
Care Assistant
