Our specialist training programmes are custom written, in house, by our team specific to the needs of our client groups.
It allows ultimate person-centred care delivery as the knowledge of our residents flows throughout the staff that help write the courses.
Our additional training modules with NAPPI UK and the University of Stirling allow our care team to have the opportunity to develop their skills.
Our set career pathways for our care team allow aspiration for carers to achieve personal goals within care supported by our in house trainers and experienced leadership team.
Carers can now progress within the group from our entry level carer to dementia carer and dementia lead carer and we now also are starting to offer pathways in higher education platforms through University learning.

Introducing: Ed Bliss
Ed started work with Optima in 2010 as a Care Assistant. When qualifying with a BSc Hons degree in 2017, Ed went on to specialise in dementia and has further studied at the University of Stirling.
