Optima Care Partnership restructures to Optima Care Group LLP

Over the past year we have worked closely with our key partners Barclays, Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP and Saffery LLP to enable the company to restructure from the Optima Care Partnership to Optima Care Group LLP.

Optima Care Group LLP will start trading from the 1st April.

Although there was a lot of work involved in ensuring this smooth transition, there will be no change to the quality of care and service that Optima Care Group will continue to provide.

The same leadership and management team will be in place.

This is part of the wider succession planning that was required, to allow the group to continue to operate long into the future.
