Mr Paul T Bliss
Paul qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1969 and became a Fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants in 1974. Operating independently Paul soon created a thriving care business.

Paul qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1969 and became a Fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants in 1974 developing and expanding family owned commercial business successfully at a senior level. Operating independently Paul soon built a portfolio of property around the country moving into manufacturing, Paul gained further experience internationally importing and exporting leisure goods from the United Kingdom.
Never shy of a challenge Paul had the opportunity to develop a small portfolio of Nursing Homes soon making a success of this building further operations that provided for a wide, diverse and specialist care services to young and older people. Having developed a keen interest in this market he soon found him self helping other providers in the industry meet the challenges presented by the social care market.
Today Paul has created a thriving care business set in three locations across the South West; respected for delivering clear affordable pathways of care. Now his family’s care homes of distinction will leave a legacy for his own four sons who also work within the business, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents customers, and future growth and expansion of our outstanding services.
