David Jolley the Chairman of North Somerset Council was welcomed to The Leonard Elms Nursing Home by the Owner and Provider Mr Paul Bliss; Registered Care Home Manager, Jan Gosney and Stephen Crisp Director of Operations for the Optima Care Partnership.
In July 2018 The Chairman of North Somerset Council Mr David Jolley attended a professionals open day at The Leonard Elms a professionals and relatives event to explore the home strategy in managing specialist dementia care. Mr Jolley kindly cut the ribbon launching the homes latest technology the Magic Table. Mr Ed Bliss the Homes Dementia specialist nurse explained the benefits of using such equipment and focused on the improved social; therapeutic and physical benefits this brings to our residents.
